We currently do not conduct background checks or other verifications on our Members. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from your interaction with other Members online and offline including but not limited to physical damage, personal injury or emotional distress or trauma.

We will not be held liable to you or any third party for any reason for any possible damages whether they be direct, indirect, punitive or otherwise. Our total liability as relates to your use of the Services will not exceed $100 under any circumstances. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, in which case the exclusions or limitations in this clause may not apply to you.

Coffee Tonight does not make any guarantees or warranties that the Site and Services will be error free or that any defects in the Site or Services will be corrected.
