Any information that you provide about yourself in your public Member profile is deemed to be public information that is available to Us, other Site Users and Members. Search engines can also index your Member profile, making your profile details searchable and accessible from the World Wide Web. Therefore you should be careful about the personal information you choose to include in your profile and when using any of the Site’s Services. We strongly advise that you should not share any personally identifying contact information on your Member profile.

Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information is data that we may collect when you visit our Website. Some examples of non-personal information are the kind of browser you’re using, what language you are using, how much time you spend on the website, which areas of the Site you visit, your IP address and the IP address of referring sites.

Financial Information
We currently don’t collect any individual financial or payment information. A third party payment processing company handles collection and processing of payment information.

If you choose to use any of our Location-Based Services, we may collect information about your geographic location (i.e. via GPS) so that you may use these Location Based Services.

By providing information for your public Member profile, you acknowledge and agree that it is public information and that you do not have any expectation regarding privacy of this content. You agree to exercise caution when deciding what personal information you choose to make public in your Member profile.

Authorized Agents
We will not share your non-public, personal information with any other parties with the exception of our authorized business agents, service providers and business partners.

We may outsource different aspects of our Service fulfillment to outside parties and as such may share your personal information with our authorized agents and service providers as deemed necessary for them to fulfill the services and functions they are contracted to perform on our behalf. Examples of these services may include, but are not limited to: financial and payment services, customer service, fulfilling subscription requests, IT support and other business related functions.

Advertising Partners
We may allow advertisers to run advertising campaigns and place ads on our Site in an effort to generate revenue to support our Site and Services. These advertisers may use tracking methods like cookies or beacons to collect information about the Users and Members who click on or respond to their advertising activities in an effort to track the effectiveness of their campaigns and to deliver more customized advertising content to you.

We may also share some of your personal information, for example your age or zip code, with advertisers so they can deliver personalized content to you.

If you have opted to receive communications and offers from our business partners, you may receive promotional offers via email from our advertisers. You can opt out by contacting the advertiser at any time. MODIFYING YOUR ACCOUNT
Members have the ability to view and modify their personal profile and account details at any time by logging into their account and going to the MY ACCOUNT section of the Site.

CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
Members can choose to close their Member account at any time. After an account is closed, the Member can no longer sign in to the account or access the information they provided for the account. The account is then no longer visible or accessible via the Site or Services and the public Member profile is removed from the Site and Services. A Member profile may still be visible on search engine results after an account is closed due to the profile details being retained in the cache of the search engines. It may take an undetermined amount of time for this data to be updated and removed by search engines.

RETAINING YOUR INFORMATION
Members that close their account can expect that we may retain their account information for an as of yet undetermined amount of time after the account has been closed. The possible uses of the retained information include but are not limited to: collection of unpaid fees, fraud protection and record keeping purposes.

This retention of your Member information after your account has been closed also allows you to re-open your account at any time should you wish to do so.

NOTIFICATIONS AND PREFERENCES
Members can opt out of email notifications by changing their preferences in the MY ACCOUNT section of the Site.

However, there are some types of email communications that Members must receive in order to use the Services. It is not possible for Members to opt out of receiving any such communications that are deemed to be necessary by Coffee Tonight for the Use of the Services by Members.

It is also possible for Members to opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing emails. Please note that if you have been contacted by a third party prior to changing your preferences, you will need to opt-out of the third parties’ email list directly through any such third party.

These changes are not retroactive. Any changes to your account, preferences or settings only effect activities or communications starting after the changes have been made.

You will not be sent notifications after your account has been deleted.

VISITING THE SITE FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.
If you are a User or Member that is visiting the Site from outside the United States, please be advised that our servers and database operations are located in the U.S. By using the Site and Services, you agree that any personal and non-personal that you share via the Site and Services will be processed and stored in the U.S.
